What IS the Mary-thon?

A 26 week fitness program designed by YOU to fit YOUR schedule and YOUR needs.

A program where you commit to regular exercise, meaning 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week (for the Full Mary-thon), 3 days per week (for the Half Mary-thon) for 26 weeks, OR (new in 2019) you perform 100 days of exercise in 20 weeks (which is 140 days)--this is our 100 Day Dash!

For the full and half Mary-thon, you choose a starting corral (one of 2 dates) and are given
30 weeks to complete 26 weeks of exercise. There will be no re-starts!
($10 charge to change your corral). You choose your starting day and you complete it!

For the 100 Day Dash, there is only one corral, and you have 140 days to
complete 100 days of exercise (minimum of 30 minutes a day)

A way to help you develop and maintain healthy habits, all while being cheered on by
Mary and her Mary-thon team AND you will be rewarded a finishers medal upon
completion!
